The successful applicants will be responsible for first-class Food & Beverage service on a daily basis.

To be considered, you will need to effectively demonstrate the following:

• Successfully obtained a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate;
• Effective communication skills and the ability to wok in a team environment;
• Must have own reliable vehicle;
• Assist the floor Supervisor with basic service delivery tasks;
• Adhere to the directions and procedures as outlined by the Banquet Service Manager;
• The ability to communicate and co-operate with all relevant outlets across the organization;
• Immaculate personal presentation and grooming;
• Previous front line wait/bar service experience in a busy operation is essential.
